As founding Editor-in-Chief of Newtype USA, an international pop culture magazine licensed from Japan’s Kadokawa Shoten, I pioneered the editorial vision and developed the systems and processes necessary to ensure consistent design and production excellence under strict Japanese licensing standards.

Leading the creation of a 230-page monthly magazine with poster, DVD and additional collectible inserts, I established a comprehensive workflow to coordinate editorial, translation, design, and production teams across multiple global locations. These systems enabled seamless cross-departmental collaboration, ensuring on-time delivery of each issue while maintaining the highest production quality standards and cultural authenticity in design.
